By using MCD’s services, you agree to the following:

Our Services
    
24/7 nationwide roadside assistance and commercial trailer repairs Monday – Friday and on-call roadside assistance within a 50 mile radius at weekends.

Appointments and Service Calls

• All service requests are subject to availability.
    •    Estimated response times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
    •    You must provide accurate information about the vehicle and the issue to allow our team to prepare the correct parts and equipment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to VAT.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • MCD reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

    Failure to make payment within 30 days will result in statutory interest being charged in accordance with UK Government legislation. If payment has not been received within 30 days, all ongoing or future work will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

Limitations of Liability

  • MCD is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
        •    We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
        • While we take every precaution to protect vehicles during service, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage or damages that occur during the repair process if caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Parts and Equipment

  • We carry an extensive inventory of parts to complete repairs on-site where possible.
        •    In some cases, additional parts may need to be sourced, which could extend repair times.
        •    All parts supplied remain the property of MCD until paid for in full.

Customer Responsibilities

  •   Service cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
      • MCD reserves the right to charge for services if a technician has already been dispatched or parts have been prepared.

Data Protection

  •   Personal data provided to MCD will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
      •    Your information will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties for marketing without consent.

Changes to Terms

MCD may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction
